Biography

Pandit Tarun Devgan is a renowned Hindu priest, Devotional singer and a Licensed Wedding Officiant who is originally from North India, currently residing in the Greater Toronto Area.

Pandit Tarun has been providing his services across North America since 2008.

Born in a traditional North Indian Brahman family, Pandit Tarun Devgan was taught to pronounce Vedic Mantras at the age of 4 and then followed proper Karm Kaand training from his father Pandit Suraj Parkash, uncle Pandit Madan Devgan, and late grandfather Pandit Shri Avtar Chand Devgan.

Pandit Tarun Devgan gave his first singing performance at the age of 8 years old. On a warm summer night, in a small neighborhood in the heart of Delhi, Pandit Tarun captivated the audience at such a young age and from that point, it was clear that his voice had the unique ability to create a straight connection to God. From that night is where the journey of Pandit Tarun Devgan began.

He immediately began full time training in Vocal, Harmonium and Keyboard by his Guru “Late Shri Chaman Lal Bhaskar ji” (Patiala Gharana). At the age of just 13, his passion to become a religious singer, musician and acting Brahman became his life’s goal. From the age of 15, Pandit Tarun Devgan has been perfoming Mata Chowki and Jagrans and has now made a name for himself across North America with his exceptional quality of explaining the significance of all Hindu Pujas and Hawan rituals in more than 4 languages.

After the great success of his first devotional music album “MAA RAANIYE” in North America, Pandit Tarun Devgan is now working on several albums lined up to release in 2024.

​

Pandit Tarun Devgan is the only devotional singer of North America to work with

International Music Label T-SERIES with More than 12 devotional songs already releases and many more lined up. His Devotional songs are available on various music platforms like Spotify, ITunes, Google and  a lot of others......
